Higher Altitude Yoga – Private Session Agreement

1. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be scheduled in advance via email, phone, or online booking (if available).
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment include: cash, Venmo, PayPal, or direct deposit.
Packages (if applicable) must be used within the time frame specified at purchase.
There is no refund for any packages or digital course.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a full session charge.
Exceptions may be made in the case of illness or emergencies—please communicate as soon as possible.
3. Health & Safety
By attending sessions, you affirm that you are in good physical health and understand your own physical limitations.
It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries before your session begins.
You agree to follow instructions carefully and to stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
All personal information shared will be kept strictly confidential.
4. Studio Conduct
Please arrive on time and silence your devices.
Respect the quiet nature of the home studio space.
Kindly refrain from wearing strong perfumes or scents.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in private sessions with Marie-Aude Preau, you agree to the following:
I understand that yoga includes physical movement and breathwork. As with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. I affirm that I am responsible for listening to my body, modifying as needed, and seeking professional medical advice when necessary.
I release and hold harmless Marie-Aude Preau and Higher Altitude Yoga from any liability for injuries or conditions that may result from participation in yoga sessions.
6. Weather & Studio Access (For In-Person Sessions)
In the event of snow or hazardous road conditions in Sandia Park or surrounding areas, sessions may be rescheduled or held on Zoom.
Detailed directions and parking info will be provided before your first visit.
7. Digital Sessions (Zoom)
Please ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space.
Recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent.
By booking and attending sessions with Higher Altitude Yoga, you agree to these terms and conditions.
