These specialized Injury Rehab Sessions are designed for those who are ready to recover more deeply, whether you're living with chronic discomfort, navigating post-surgical healing, or still searching for relief after physical therapy or conventional treatment.
With nearly 30 years of teaching experience and a deeply therapeutic approach to yoga, I offer a unique and holistic path to recovery. Each session is tailored to your injury, your body, and your pace.
You'll be guided through a custom protocol that blends modified yoga postures, mindful movement, and corrected form to restore range of motion, ease pain, and rebuild strength—safely and sustainably.
We begin with a free 20-minute consultation to understand your injury and goals. From there, we’ll determine the right number of sessions (typically 3 to 6) and build a structured, doable plan for you to follow between sessions.
I also integrate holistic support, including:
Herbal remedies & topical salves
Targeted nutritional suggestions & food recipes
Supplement recommendations to aid tissue repair and reduce inflammation
